ENGIE are recruiting for a Mobile Handyman/Fabric Technician to be based in Southampton area. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview:

The Customer is a global company with their headquarters based in Switzerland - IWG. Their business strategy is to build a global network of work spaces in all kinds of locations to make working more convenient for people.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Compliance and Statutory Inspections
·  Fabric Maintenance, Fire Detection, Fighting and Protections Systems and BMS
·  Pre-planned Maintenance
·  Reactive repairs and maintenance
·  Handyman Service - Main PPM Responsibilities includes:
·  Lamp changing
·  Fan coil cleaning
·  Tap flushing and temperature testing
·  Fire alarm testing
·  Plant room inspections
·  Routine testing.

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  Carpentry/building/general qualifications in building services
·  Recognised H&S qualification, or be prepared to be trained.
·  Good knowledge and experience of MEP services and recognised fabric repair techniques
·  IPAF Certificated for 3a & 3b machines
·  A basic understanding of the L8 ACOP, or be prepared to be trained for.
·  Basic electrical work, or be prepared to be trained for.
