As Junior Lead IT Architect , you collaborate with a pool of IT Architects by:

·  meeting Customers on regular basis to detect future needs and improvement opportunities
·  probing quality of delivered works by the team
·  nurturing innovation spirit
·  managing team workload by assigning new requests and following them up

Your mission

By joining our team, you'll face different exciting challenges, such as:

·  conceptualizing
·  contributing to the industrialization, streamlining and urbanization of IT services
·  verifying and analyzing the technical impacts of new solutions, consistency and the performance of IT architecture
·  measuring the economic and financial effects of these solutions
·  maintaining a technology watch over major market players
·  recommending and/or advising
·  putting forward suggestions for defining ENGIE IT's technical policy and proposing innovative solutions
·  arguing in favor of the proposed architectures in the Architecture validation Committee
·  communicating
·  collaborating with different kind of stakeholders: customers (from users to CIO), experts,…
·  working in an International environment

Your profile


Are you the talent we're looking for?
·  you have between 5 to 10 years' working experience
·  you benefit from a strong general IT knowledge covering, at least, the following technical fields:
·  public cloud (AWS/Azure) certification or proven experience
·  identity and account management
·  IT security best practices and data protection (GDPR, disaster recovery plan, DICT)
·  you demonstrate the ability to define realistic and pragmatic IT architecture to support business requirements in complex environments
·  you have experience in contributing to IT large-scale environments
·  you have a knowledge of service delivery management concepts
·  writing structured technical documentation is no more a secret for you
·  a strong communication ability is essential! You have the flair for explaining technical topics to non-technical people
·  you have these following qualities: open-mindedness, customer-oriented attitude, dedication to find cost-effective solutions
·  you are a fast learner on new technologies
·  last but not least: you are fluent in English and French. Dutch is a plus. A fourth language is an extra plus
