Summary:
Reporting to the Site Manager, the incumbent ensures smooth operation of SCOC infrastructure .

Responsabilities:

·  Perform cleaning maintenance duties defined by the lead hand and the superior, including but not limited to:
·  Cleaning restrooms;
·  Cleaning floors;
·  Cleaning windows;
·  Cleaning carpets;
·  Cleaning doors;
·  Cleaning at a height as required;
·  Cleaning mechanical equipment rooms;
·  Cleaning walls; and
·  Performing any other related duties.
·  Interact with various collaborators and customers.
·  Respond to service requests.
·  Comply with ENGIE polices such as Organizational Health and Safety, communication with the media, etc.
·  Perform minor corrective actions requiring immediate intervention on site, such as tightening a panel, picking up broken glass, spreading salt on an ice patch, etc .
·  Protect defective equipment or equipment that poses a hazard, pending intervention by a specialized contractor.
·  Clear snow from the main entrance and from exit doors as necessary.
·  Document accidents and incidents, in compliance with the correct procedure .
·  Perform any other related task required by the duties of the position

Requirements:

·  High School diploma.
·  One or two years' experience in cleaning maintenance.
·  Obtain a security clearance.
Skills:

·  Ability to work without supervision, organizational skills.
·  Enthusiasm, ability to take action to resolve problems.
·  Judgment, concern for a job well done.
·  Sense of service, courtesy, and neat appearance.
