The ENGIE Global Business Support Organization (GBS) provides services for the entities of the ENGIE Group in their respective fields of competence: Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Real Estate & Logistics, IT and Consulting. Currently operating in France and Belgium, the GBS organization is expanding its activities internationally with part of these activities being delegated to a service partner.
As part of this expansion, we are looking for an International Performance & Contract Officer, who will be part of the Performance Management & Compliance department, included in the Directorate “Development GBS Finance”.
Your mission
· organize, monitor and continuously improve the reporting and budgeting process in scope
· support the Contract governance processes
· assist the International Performance; Compliance and Contract Manager in day-to-day activities
· contract management
· follow-up of PO creation and invoices payment as well as regularization notes (Volume triggers, Service Credits, Earn-back and bonus-malus)
· set-up, preparation, coordination and minutes of Global contractual committees
· performance management
· prepare variance analysis and slides for monthly International Performance Reporting
· verify that procedures and instructions related reporting and budgeting are up-to-date. Develop or update instructions as needed
· other topics
· contribute to transversal improvement and innovation initiatives for the processes in scope of International GBS
· support the delivery of the GBS model (customer satisfaction and related governance implementation)
· provide GBS International reporting on GBS model topics
Your profile
· you have a university degree in Finance/Economics
· first experience of 2 years in Controlling/Performance Management is an advantage
· you have good Excel skills
· you have analytical skills
· results oriented, dynamic, taking initiatives and making things happen
· positive, can-do attitude; stress resistant
· team working, communication skills
· you have the capability to work in a multi-cultural environment
· English
· European or broader international experience would be a plus
· understanding of process driven organization is desirable
· experience in Shared Services center is a plus
