This 11-month fixed-term contract is a great opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator to provide HR operational support services to help meet business needs and support the HR Manager for the Engie Services Electrical Team.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

·  Coordinating and administering recruitment approval forms and assist with candidate applications and selection where appropriate
·  Coordinating online advertisements for approved recruitment, including drafting online advertisements for the manager's approval
·  Preparation of some employment contracts and position descriptions for managers review
·  Assist with coordinating employee on-boarding / induction
·  Updating training and HR database records
·  Other duties as directed by line manager

The successful candidate will have:

·  Certificate 4 or Degree in Business or Human Resources preferred
·  Prefer a minimum 1 - 3 years relevant work experience in a similar position with some EBA and award knowledge / experience preferred, depending on experience
·  Understanding of employment contracts, recruitment processes and on-boarding / induction procedures preferred
·  Professional telephone manner and personal image
·  Effective oral and written communication skills
·  Ability to follow through queries / problems to completion

Strong prioritisation skills and ability to meet deadlines, working with speed and accuracy
