ENGIE are recruiting for HR Advisor to be based in Canary Wharf or at our Reading office. This is a 3-month fixed term contract role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package .

Responsible for the provision of support to HR Business Partner and Head of HR in mobilisation of new national contract of 1,000+ employees across multiple sites, covering due diligence through integration to ‘business as usual' state. Working in partnership with HR colleagues and other members of the mobilisation team. Some out of hours working will be required (0700-0900 and 1700-2000) for manning of helpline (on a rota with other members of the team).

You will support the TUPE Transfer of the affected employees:

·  Conduct due diligence on Employee Liability Information (ELI)
·  Collate and disseminate information to colleagues within the mobilisation team as appropriate
·  Contribute to consult with and provision of information to transferring employees
·  Act as contact for TUPE helpline for transferring employees, providing advice, logging queries and escalating as required this will include some out of hours cover working on a rota basis
·  Dealing with incoming queries to the TUPE mailbox, escalating as appropriate
·  Liaise with transferor(s) as appropriate
·  Contribute to the communication and engagement processes
·  Contribute to development of HR processes and materials
·  Provide HR support on sites to deliver local consultation exercises as required
·  Assist with programme planning for consultation group and individual meetings and presentations
·  Produce documentation including employee communications, spreadsheets
·  Arrange meetings, calendar appointments, room bookings for the HR mobilisation team
·  Attend meetings as required, taking notes/minutes as appropriate
·  Support the onboarding process for transferring employees
·  Coach and advise re ENGIE policies and procedures, ways of working and best practice
·  Liaison with HR Shared Service Centre, Payroll and Pensions teams
·  Provide support to mobilisation team colleagues, line managers and supervisors to ensure best practice and employee engagement are enhanced

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  Part qualified CIPD member or equivalent experience
·  Experience in an HR Advisor role, ideally within a Facilities Management environment
·  Previous involvement in supporting incoming TUPE transfer with good knowledge of TUPE regulations
·  Track record in HR generalist and change management roles
·  Some knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice
·  Proven ability to work on own initiative and within a team
·  Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
·  Developed ability to communicate effectively at all levels, orally and in writing
·  Practical approach to problem solving
·  Experience of gathering and presenting data
·  Practical approach to problem solving
·  Self-starter with ‘can do' approach

Ability to travel without restriction, with potential for some unsociable hours and nights away from home
