ENGIE are recruiting for a HR Advisor to be based in Leeds. This is a permanent part-time role working 22.5 hours per week. This is open to how this is worked across the week On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

Responsible for the provision of HR Advisor support for people matters, supporting line managers to deliver improvements in culture, change management, compliance and cost control to drive improved engagement and financial results. 

 
The BES Division has over 500 customers from large M&I clients where Engie has long historical relationships to SME organisations where the relationships are emerging. 

While Safety is a priority for our People, cost control, engagement and Responsible Business initiatives are also key aspects of the People Agenda. 

To provide an efficient dedicated first line support to the Mid and Front-Line management population within the Business Unit supporting all on HR policy and practise such as disciplinary, grievance, absence & performance management. To lead on the ENGIE behaviours namely being Bold, Open, Demanding and Caring.

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  Part qualified CIPD member would be an advantage
·  Experience in an HRA role or an FM management role
·  Track-record in HR generalist and change management roles
·  Some knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice
·  Proven ability to work on own initiative and within a team
·  Strong ability to communicate in person, email and letter
·  Demonstrated practical approach to problem solving
·  Experience of gathering and presenting data
·  Practical approach to problem solving
