ENGIE are recruiting for a Helpdesk/Projects Assistant to be based at Worcestershire Royal Hospital, Worcester, WR5 1DD. This is a permanent, full time role working 40 hours a week on a complex work-patterm (below). On offer is a salary of £18,600 per annum and high-quality benefits package.

Hours: Working on alternate shifts of 07:00 - 15:30 or 09:30 - 18:00 (Monday to Friday)

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

· 

To act as first point of contact for internal and external parties providing information on departmental

· 

Maintain the Development's log ensuring the most current information and status of each DAF is available.

· 

Management of administration process associated with Developments ie coordinating and maintaining all associated documentation

· 

Ensuring works are invoiced upon completion or at agreed stages in agreement with SPC and Trust.

· 

Liaison with SPC and Trust to ensure completion and approval of yearly CVI's.

· 

Liaison with other site personnel and also client representatives including Trust wards and departments, other service providers, suppliers, contractors etc as appropriate.

· 

Control & monitor flow of all job requests including Reactive Work and Planned Maintenance Orders

· 

To input and retrieve data efficiently and accurately on a daily basis using the computerised systems within helpdesk, producing information and reports as and when required.

· 

Provide administrative support in keeping records (sickness/holiday absences, works, inspections, audits, etc.) producing reports and general office administration

Skills or Required Experience:

·  Comprehensive Administrative experience in a busy office environment, preferably within the context Facilities Management or with the NHS/Hospital environment
·  Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
·  Educated to GCSE standard
We are looking for someone with sound organisational/co-ordination skills who can demonstrate a good, customer-foccused approach to the operation of the Administration Service responsible for the delivery of confidential healthcare. The ideal applicant will have good interpersonal skills and telephone manner and basic knowledge of health and safety.
