ENGIE are recruiting for a FM helpdesk administrator to be based in Burton On Trent . This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of per annum 18,032.5 and benefits package.

Standard 0800 hrs - 1600 hrs Monday - Friday

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:


Reporting to the FM Coordinator Supervisor, the purpose of this role is to co-ordinate the requirements of the contract between business needs of the contract (client) and Engie direct or indirect commissioned services. Using helpdesk system to process the flow of work in a timely and efficient way, this role is critical to the support of the team in the delivery of FM services to Molson Coors.

Effective helpdesk service follow up on requests and customer handling
Effective facilities service monitoring and follow up with suppliers to ensure agreed standards are met
Effective administrative support to the department and record keeping
Effective teamwork, flow of information and multi-skilling to provide cover across team

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  Computer skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
·  Good working knowledge of SAP and CAFM (Planon) system or similar workflow packages
·  Good Telephone manner & communication skills
·  Excellent customer service skills
·  Admin experience and ability to collate data for management reporting
