ENGIE are recruiting for a Building Services Engineer M&E (Mechanically biased) to be based in Telereal Trillium, 140 London Wall, Barbican, London EC2Y 5DN. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10:00 - 19:00. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview:

The successful candidate will ensure that all environmental conditions are maintained at all times with regard to critical building systems. The successful candidate will carry out PPM tasks and reactive and breakdown works to all M&E systems within the site.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Ensure that routine PPM is carried out to all Mechanical & Electrical plant in accordance with Site task schedules and asset lists.
·  Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the building are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made. These reactive calls to also include concessionary stores and fabric related items.
·  Ensure Computer Based Maintenance system, e.g. Planon, is kept up to date and that PPM and reactive tickets are closed out with accurate data captured.
·  Overview the buildings environmental conditions using the BMS System and utilise same to maintain acceptable internal conditions.
·  Participation in on call rota (1 in 4 weeks)

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  Ability to pass DBS check
·  A good basic education is essential, with good written and spoken English and basic Mathematics skills.
·  Training Formally trained in Electro-Mechanical principles to City and Guilds or the equivalent NVQ and Building Services maintenance.
·  Experience of working in building services.
·  Good verbal communication skills, good written skills.
