Context
As a Junior Financial Controller you will be part of the financial department of Edenred UK and work under the supervision of the Financial Manager and the CFO. Edenred is a fast growing international company and you will be in the center of it all. You will be involved in the company’s day to day financial activities.
This position offer a great opportunity to grow into a financial specialist with excellent knowledge of international accounting and finance. As you develop in your role, you will be given more demanding and more complex tasks. The more the company grows, the more
controlling will be a focus.
Main tasks:
Support the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements/reporting and forecasts in accordance with internal policies/directives
- Support monthly, quarterly & yearly closing reported to the group
- Preparation of the monthly Business Review and Board Presentation with qualitative analysis about the Business and enhancement of the KPIs by interfering with the different actors of the company (sales, marketing, operation, etc.)
- Prepare and provide analysis and recommendations to support the achievement of revenue growth and cost savings

- Treasury interaction
- Assist the creation of budgets and forecasts and ensure monitoring and follow up on a continuous basis
- Support the preparation of the 3Y strategic plan (FFWD)
- Ensure daily financial and accounting systems controls are in place
- Treasury interaction
- Complete quality review and checks on key business processes with a view to continuous improvement
- Provide and support information requests from external stakeholders (e.g., HQ)
- Participate to manage specific projects as directed by the daily business
Candidate profile
We are looking for individuals, preferably with 1 or 2 years’ experience in a similar function, such as junior controller or with experience in external audit willing to join an international organization.
The candidate will have studied in a Business School or University in Economics.
