We are looking for an SME whose join the team in charge of supervision applications, IT Service Management and DEVOPS. 

It is necessary to have development skills to script alerting and deployment scenarios as well as robot management. Service management skills are also required to manage the structure of the ITSM tool. 

The role includes a combination of environment, infrastructure and configuration management responsibilities.  

 

 

The role will be to provide primary support for the management of the supervision system, the construction of alerting scenarios and the deployment of application code. 

 

You will also need to have strong skills in incident lifecycle management/change/service request management and a basic knowledge of Service Asset and Configuration Management. 

Basic  Qualifications:  

 

· 
Linux and Windows-based systems administration experience in a Cloud or Virtualized environment 

· 
Experience building sophisticated and highly automated infrastructure 

· 
Experience automating a real-world production environment 

· 
Experience with seamless/automated build scripts used for release management across all environments 

· 
Experience with code deployment (tagging) 

 

Skills :    

 

The candidate must be competent on the tools of Supervision (Nagios / Netcool / TEC) as well as ITSM tools (Remedy / Service Now / HP Service Center) 

Proficient on UNIX/Linux/Red Hat/ Windows systems. 
Development skills in Shell, Perl, SQL, VB 

The most would be that he masters the tools DEVOPS notably : Ansible / GIT / Docker / Puppet
