Job scope/summary:

The Solution Integrator provides technology leadership for development of Future Mode of Operation solution and designs functional migration plans. The Solution Integrator closely cooperates with Account Teams, Capabilities Subject Matter Experts (SME), Chief Engineer, Delivery Organization and Client.

S/he identifies, validates and grows opportunities to accelerate consumption in high potential customer accounts. S/he drives solution architecture in partnership with the delivery teams. S/he enables the customer to envision their environment and services, while leveraging the greater company and partner resources (internal teams and partners). S/he analyzes customers and/or internal businesses/end users’ business, organization, and information systems needs with objective of helping to construct, sell, and deliver service solution offerings to satisfy those needs based on the company’s Managed Services portfolio. S/he is seen by customers or internal businesses/end users as a trusted advisor inside and outside team/technology area.


· Participate, propose, and/or lead exceptionally complex customer and internal projects, including transformation, across technology customers and/or internal businesses/end user’s areas
· Independently review and verify solutions of high complexity and risk to meet customer and/or trade/IT infrastructure needs
· When justified by business needs, customize or create the company solutions to meet highly complex customer and/or trade/IT infrastructure needs across technology area
· Apply deep and broad technical background and knowledge of industry trends to operate critical or high-risk technology areas/customer groups
· Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create superior solutions for the company and for customers
· Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas and successfully operates in the most complex disciplines that affect the organizations long-term goals and objectives
· Routinely exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives
· Develop strategy and sets functional policy and direction
· End to End responsibility for technical content of deliverables produced by ITO Project Delivery
· Translate business to functional requirements and resolve technical and business cases independently the while provide highly innovative solutions
· Promote standardization and automation
· Ensure developed solutions are aligned with engineering repositories (Playbooks, Content Management Repository) and Portfoliowebsites/repositories(What we sell, EG Portfolio portals)
· Ensure that existingdeliverables/templatesare leveraged to satisfy new work request
· Ensure applicable content standards are met
· Ensure deliverables are peer reviewed
· Ensure engineering related collateral is in the approved configuration management repository
· Integrate and collaborate with otherorganizations/resources(other internal teams, vendors, suppliers, customers) during engineering life cycle
· Mentor/provide review/advice to other projects inside/outside responsibility areas
· Provide feedback/influence change in internal and/or vendor-provided products/service offerings and to create new company solution sets
· Demonstrate Thought Leadership
· Act as a functional manager within an area of expertise, but does not manage other employees as a primary job function
· Lead/ mentor and work/ consult with team members of a team, which may be virtual, global, and/or multi- functional, other organizations, customers, and vendors on the most complex issues/cases
· Mentor/ guidance and assist less-experienced team members on complex cases
· Identify, manage, and lead escalations through L5
· Produce integrated solution design based on predefined engineering blocks, involve Capability Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for creating nonstandard technology solutions
· Support hand-over to production of implemented solutions
· Support the Project Managers in defining deliverables, implementation teams, WBS, issues, risks
· Review custom solutions with Chief Engineer and delivery teams

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

· Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, MBA or equivalent
· Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT Services industry
· A minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing technical solutions or services
· Experience in large-scale transformation and migration projects
· Infrastructure technology knowledge, ability to analyze customer needs
· Broad technical experience
· Leadership skills and experience
· Customer facing experience

Other requirements:

· Strong written and verbal skills in native and English
· Fluency in French or Spanish will be consider as a plus
· Ability to build and develop an efficient business case
· Priority setting, time management for scheduling, allocating and prioritizing commitments
· Good working knowledge of finance and budgetary management
