A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Project Coordinator to work onsite for our client eHealth based in Chatswoord, NSW.

This is a 6 months Fixed-Term opportunity with a view to extend.

The Project Coordinator will form part of the team under the Corporate Programs Implementation Manager for eHealth NSW, working with the implementation team, including Project and Change Managers, the Lead implementer will be responsible for preparing and supporting various NSW Health LHDs and Health Agencies for the implementation of various IT Corporate system programs.

Over the full project rollout life cycle, the lead will proactively collect customer and project data for input back into the Corporate programs. They will actively engage with Internal and External teams to be able to respond and address concerns on how the data has been collected and configured into the application.The Project Coordinator will be required to facilitate onsite meetings with the LHDs and Health Agencies within local and remote areas within NSW.

Role Responsibilities:

·  Develop stakeholder relationships throughout NSW Health – actively engaging with the customer and eHealth teams to collect data for the Corporate System implementation and address any concerns between the parties
·  Regularly co-ordinate and facilitate workshops to provide support on-site at the LHDs and Agencies
·  Reporting and presenting on progress and potential concerns back to the eHealth Implementation team and Service Delivery Manager as appropriate.
·  Adhere to internal controls and checks, make recommendations in relation to the development of processes and procedures to ensure data processing activities are efficient and effective and meet requirements
·  Proactively manage their daily workload and escalate any issues to the Service Delivery Manager and eHealth Implementation Manager,

Skills and Experience:

·  Strong and proven relationship management experience working with both internal and external stakeholders
·  Commitment to achieving results. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team member and maintain strong team commitment.
·  Willingness and flexibility to travel to regional and remote locations outside metropolitan area
·  Previous proven problem and people management
·  Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, plan, develop and implement system and process changes
·  Ability to assess clients’ needs and interpret these into practical outcomes
·  Extensive knowledge of best practice in the collection and administration of data
·  Excellent written and oral communication skills
·  Understanding of issues for information collection and reporting
·  Well-developed PC/ keyboard skills and experience in the use of the Microsoft Office software (particularly Excel).
·  Provide application demonstrations to user groups
·  Present data collection briefings
·  Change Management – Assist with Change Impact Assessments and business process impacts
·  Operational Team Leadership expertise – ability to lead and manage teams, including virtual teams, in a matrixes organisation
·  Strong planning and organisational skills
·  Understanding of issues for information collection and reporting
·  Strong development abilities – able to develop employees, teams and the business
·  Strong strategic and solutions thinker
·  Must have a Valid full driver’s licence
