Candidate should be Basis consultant, having at least 6 to 8 years of experience handling R/3, ECC5/6/7, Oracle 9i/10g/11g.

Should have experience in Handling tasks related to Archiving.

Systems Architect (understanding on various OS platforms (Linux / AIX / HP-UX), virtualization technologies are required)

Should have experience in handling at least 2 end-to-end implementation / migration / upgrade projects along with post implementation projects.

Should have sound knowledge of R/3 Basis, Netweaver ABAP & Java Stack. Exposure of at least two products of SAP in addition to R/3 like BI/BO, SCM, Solution Manager, Portal, PIPO, etc is desirable.

Experience in independent handling of SAP installations / archiving project.

Exposure to Backup / Restore / Recovery of SAP / Oracle installations, Server Monitoring and optimizing techniques

Handling and solving complex situations and time crunch schedules in a composed manner that otherwise lead to escalations

Required critical behaviors:

· Ability to mentor in technical area with training and coaching to junior members
