Provide leadership to the Partner Co-Innovation Program which focuses on building industry specific digital prototypes with partners for customers by working with DXC account teams to lead the identification and selection process of the business outcome-based prototypes.  The successful candidate will help the internal account and client executives to innovate and formulate business solutions for “technology enabled” business models in order to create new ways of doing business for our current and future clients.

Responsibilities: 

·  Engages in peer-to-peer dialogue with internal accounts and clients about their industry and their situation.
·  Opens new discussions and seeks new opportunities to build industry prototypes with customers.
·  Builds strong rapport with account teams and internal customers creating respect and trust.
·  Understands how to construct and gain agreement for prototype scenarios.
·  Shapes and influences internal account team and client attitudes to outcomes and key benefits for both the client and the company.
·  Plan and provide input to Design Thinking workshops and facilitated client events.
·  Shapes approach to identifying and managing risks and assumptions and for realizing benefits at a program level.
·  Communicates in formal presentation settings including medium to large sized groups of key decision makers at the executive level; tailors presentations to needs and interests of the audience. Develops articles and white papers covering areas of expertise.

Basic Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information technology or a related field.
·  Ten or more years of relevant marketing consulting experience

Preferred Qualifications

·  Experience with the following industries a plus – Aerospace & Defense/Manufacturing, Travel, Transportation and Logistics or Healthcare.
·  Strong communication and consulting skills
·  Good leadership skills to coach and guide less experienced personnel
·  Good strategic management and planning skills
·  Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity
·  Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action, giving regard to the impact on both the client and the company
·  Ability to adjust personal style to different situations
·  Ability to lead and work in a team environment
·  Ability to understand and identify with client business and business conditions
·  Willingness to travel up to 15%
