Our Digital Business Platform is seeking a Practice Manager to lead our Life Sciences Industry Vertical

Extensive knowledge and experience with Life Sciences.  All aspects of the Life Sciences. 

A senior professional who has demonstrated an ability to lead based on experience, knowledge, passion and competence. Works closely with sales and delivery teams to coordinate and conduct the delivery of high-level solutions.  Contributes to the development of practice standards, policies and procedures. Drives utilization, increased revenue and the delivery of billable engagements

*Provides business consultative leadership for a specific practice at the pre-and/or post sales level
Proactively provides input into the development of Practices policies, procedures, standards and strategies

·  Meeting/exceeding Revenue and OI targets and driving profitable growth in his/her designated practice

* Monitors practice job performance and provides coaching, counseling, and motivation to maximize practice performance

* Recruits and hires employees, based on global profiles, who can help grow and drive CSC’s business strategy

·  Team building - right number, level, skill and location mix to deliver on practice metrics

* Integrates industry knowledge into practical sales-related tactics, techniques and procedures to ensure teams deliver well-rounded and well-developed sales campaigns.

·  Working with industry, market and delivery teams to optimize and align SSG capabilities with the broader teams and ensure appropriate SSG involvement in engagements

* Maintains a level of practice readiness, in order to be successfully prepared to support the delivery of customer engagements (skilled and trained workforce, strong partner relations, tested and proven technical solutions and development methodologies)

* Ensures adequate level of resources in place to meet profitable demand. Oversees chargeability of all delivery resources within defined geography. Assists with the creation of proposals that address current and evolving client requirements. May review and approve legally binding contracts with partners and customers

* Provides leadership in the development of long term practice curriculum. Ensures appropriate levels of specialization in the practice are being achieved by utilizing various training and development opportunities.
