Summary

Oversees operations of service delivery teams on small to medium sized accounts to ensure that products, offerings, and services are delivered in accordance with agreed upon business solution goals and objectives.

Essential Job Functions

·  Oversees functional areas or department account leads on small to medium sized accounts to ensure that business solution objectives are met.
·  Develops demand forecasts with account teams on small to medium sized projects to assist functional areas or departments in planning and delivering end-to-end services.
·  Works with functional areas or departments to interpret and plan projects or workload forecasts.
·  Oversees and approves expenditures for accounts in line with established policies and procedures. Monitors and addresses budgetary compliance issues in relation to expenditures.
·  Manages complex relationships between delivery and consumer groups to ensure good client relations.
·  Identifies and leads service improvements to increase customer satisfaction. Oversees and ensures delivery of projects meet client and company expectations and needs.
·  Partners with functional areas or departments to integrate new, enhanced and existing service offerings for accounts.
·  Supports developing new business proposals and introduces new technology to enhance business solutions.
·  Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel

Basic Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
·  Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred
·  Nine or more years of support services, project, or program experience
·  Experience working with the technology industry
·  Experience working with company products and operating systems

Other Qualifications

·  Demonstrates a solid understanding of underlying infrastructure components (network, server, storage, BUR, enclosure, etc.) and how they impact configuration choices on the relevant technology platforms
· 
Ability to relate technical applications to the business environment, processes and organization 

·  Must be able to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
·  Demonstrates leadership skills in a collaborative working environment
·  Fluency in conversational and technical English, written and spoken 
·  Has strong presentation skills; needs to be able to present both formally and informally to clients and internal teams (also provide on-job-training/mentoring)
·  Has the ability to critically assess designs, configurations and processes
·  Excellent understanding of problem, change, and incident management processes

Required Skills:

·  Deep knowledge on Middleware Web Server technologies (like IIS, Apache, etc…)
