We have an opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our fun and energetic Marketing team in Sydney CBD. You will  assist in planning, execution and management of integrated marketing campaigns, includinglarge & small scale B2B events, lead nurturing programs, digital campaigns and the creation of compelling marketing communications materials. Reporting to the DXC Red Rock Marketing Manager, you will be a highly organised problem solver with excellent communication skills and ideally previous experience in B2B IT or Services marketing.

Job Functions

·  Assist in the planning and execution of customer (C-Level) events; large, multi-content-stream conferences, executive dinners, breakfast seminars, webinars and trade show sponsorship activities
·  Use marketing automation tools (Marketo) to build and deliver campaign communications and track/report on effectiveness/ROI
·  Assist in the design, writing and production of marketing communications materials, including corporate literature, products/services brochures, case histories, etc., to enhance sales of products and services.
·  Develop campaign artwork via external graphic designer
·  Maintain and build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including third party suppliers
·  Assist internal stakeholders with development of marketing materials for internal communications e.g. employee communications, company intranet
·  Assist with campaign lead management and accuracy via Marketo MAP and Salesforce CRM
·  Assurance/management of marketing and privacy compliance for data and online assets

Key Skills

·  2 years’ experience in marketing within the Technology industry
·  Tertiary Qualification in Marketing
·  Experience delivering marketing campaigns and events
·  Experience using Marketo, Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) or equivalent Marketing Automation tool
·  Experience using Salesforce CRM or equivalent CRM tool
·  Able to liaise with suppliers and a range of internal stakeholders.
·  Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
·  Highly organised and self-motivated
·  Must be full of energy, able to hit the ground running and able to motivate other employees
·  Able to multi task, manage a range of projects, work as a team and be happy to roll up sleeves and help with anything and everything
·  Organisation, presentation, time management and creative problem solving skills
·  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
