Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

Job description

·  At least 10 years of work experience on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
·  Preferred knowledge on developing and supporting Wonderware suite
·  Knowledge/experience on OOPS, .Net/Java, Databases, SQL, and Reporting tools
·  Mechanical Engineer Desirable
·  Experience managing and supporting multiple applications
·  Experience supporting IT applications in Citrix, Win7 and Unix environments
·  Experience with Ticketing Systems (eg. ServiceNow, Remedy etc.) 
·  General Windows Server and network knowledge
·  Ability to apply ITIL V3 Foundation knowledge (preferably certified)
·  Flexible to work in shifts, and on-call
·  Must be experienced working in a customer facing role
·  Good presentation & communication (verbal/written, English) skills
·  Ability to Plan/facilitate client facing meetings
·  Strong organizational, time-management and multi-tasking skill
·  Proven ability to assist team members in technical troubleshooting on escalations and where expert technical help may be needed
