Description:

The Imaging Clerk coordinates all claims/correspondences for imaging:

·  Scans all correspondence and claims per designated batch/claim type.
·  Performs quality checks of all correspondence and claims after scanning.
·  Coordinates all efforts for receiving data to be imaged.
·  Coordinates all efforts for delivery of imaged data.
·  Resolves any imaging issues with customer, vendor and DXC. Maintains list of needed supplies for imaging.
·  Enters equipment issues on the equipment log.
·  Schedules needed downtime and repairs of equipment with vendors.
·  Maintains daily log of activities.

Education and Experience:

·  High School Diploma
·  Previous mail room and large corporate scanner experience
·  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
