This position is for the Pennsylvania PROMISe account with the main duty of a courier to deliver mail to several local client sites daily. Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing order to operate company vehicle.  Must maintain the vehicle cleanliness and maintenance upkeep. 

Responsibilities

·  Transport documents and other business items
·  Pick up documents from customer’s offices
·  Monitor and maintain control records
·  Load and operate a vehicle according to established guidelines.
·  Operate industrial size Mail room equipment
· 
Duties include pickup 10 – 20 boxes 1 to 2 times a week

· 
File and properly dispose of confidential documents

· 
Help out with other mail room tasks as assigned

· 

Must comply with all HIPPA privacy and security rules and precautions 

Education And Experience Required

·  High School Diploma require
·  Must have a valid State driver’s licence and a clean driving record
·  Prior Courier experience highly preferred
·  Monday-Friday standard business hours
·  Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
·  Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM daily
