Summary

As part of Technical Project Team: Resource should have ability to Build, document, and support system environments managed by Build and Deployment Team for various applications.

Able to perform Production support activities Production Environments

Work with Internal IT Organizations or Software Vendor to find resolution for system failures.

Monitor application performance and recommend any performance improvements needed.

Provide Troubleshooting support for internal customer teams, triage and Isolate problem and causes.

Provide automated alternative to repetitive manual processes by utilizing automation tools and creating scripts for software install,  job monitoring, code drops and backup of replication jobs.

Write technical documentation for all processes and procedures

Required Experience & Skills

Experience in Linux/AIX/Windows OS Platform

Experience in writing Shell/PowerShell scripting automating daily manual process

Experience in Database like (Oracle, Sql Server) for Select queries, Insert and Update commands.

Experience in installing and configuring third party applications in UNIX/Windows environment

Knowledge in Splunk will be added advantage

Knowledge in SFTP and SSH Protocols and Tecta will be advantage

Knowledge of Code Migration Process

Experience in DevOps Tools like Jenkins/Chef/Ansible/Urban Code will be added advantage
