Summary

The Infrastructure/DevOps engineer will be responsible for implementing both container technology within a traditional infrastructure environment to build and manage and monitor. Enhance existing container environment to address security and role-based access control. Act as the point person for other application development teams when architecting PODS that hold containers and help determine the proper load balancing requirement. Troubleshooting and Communication within and outside the department and providing level-2, level-3 support. Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management Assist in Capacity Assessment, Planning of resources Configure Monitoring and respond to alerts Managing Infrastructure Maintenance, upgrades and enhancements Coordination with development teams, KPIT data center teams, External data center providers Assign tasks to the team, review results, mentor team, Status reporting Participate in selecting  new products.

Participate in Infrastructure Architecture and Design

·  DR planning
·  Gitlab Runners on Kubernetes, CI/CD piplines and jobs.
·  Docker EE using Kubernetes, image management through CI/CD, knowledge of load balancing concepts, high availability, performance and security.
