·  In DXC Technology we are hiring a few positions as License Administrators. We are  looking for Junior and also Senior levels. As  Admin you will be responsible for:
·  Responsible for the procuring licenses and maintenance contracts within the systems of the customer and process/procedure optimization
·  Process the SE license request – verify and validate the request based on existing processes
·  Clarify the request with end user
·  Perform pooling activities for SW titles
·  Based on the requests put procurement requests into the customer’s  systems
·  Books the Good receipt in the customer’s systems
·  Archive the SW license documents
·  Maintains a record for all procurement activities
·  Initiate creation of an SW license and maintenance contract record in SAM systems
·  Create and maintain the process and procedure documentation
·  Train the new team members and retrain the existing team for new/updated processes
·  Analyze the issue and problems – suggest the process enhancements and optimizations
·  Implement process enhancements
·  Resolve escalations coming from client and stakeholders
·  Escalate issues to management

Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Law or related field or equivalent work experience in procurement area or SW license managing

·  Typically 2+ years of relevant experience
·  Is resourceful, works well in team, has good communication and problem solving things, enjoys learning

Knowledge and Skills Required:

·  IT basic skills and knowledge
·  very good knowledge of MS tools - Excel, Access, SharePoint
·  Basic overview about the SW License area
·  Very good communication skills internally and externally
·  Fluent in English
·  Another European language is an asset
·  ITIL Foundation knowledge
·  Knowledge of an asset management is an asset

We offer salary min. 1400 eur (based on the level and professional experience of the candidate the salary is likely to be higher.)
