We are looking for Junior System Administrators with Windows background for a multi-technology team supporting big international customer. Candidates should be willing to work on a 24/7 rotation basis.

As a Junior System Administrator, you will be using your expertise to achieve high-level customer satisfaction and minimizing the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's production environment.

Your daily challenge will be working on monitoring-generated incidents, implementing standardized changes and proactively identify problems in a multi-technology environment supporting Windows and Vmware servers and Backup devices.

Technical Competencies required:

·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Communication technologies or equivalent experience in the IT field.
·  Practical experience with installation, administrating or troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server and its most common roles (AD, DNS, DHCP, Cluster, File Server).
·  Experience with server virtualization technologies - Vmware ESXi or Hyper-V.
·  Basic Networking knowledge (understanding the OSI model, network devices roles, and related troubleshooting commands).
·  Basic understanding of server hardware components and their function.
·  Basic knowledge of Backup tools, SAN or NetApp is an advantage.
·  Experience with a ticketing system and ITIL knowledge are considered as a plus.
