Role Description

Currently we are looking for aJunior Procurement Operations Analyst with German who will be coordinating the end to end process for HW/SW/Maitenance or Services purchase.

Responsibilities:

Offer assistance to the customer to obtain the best price/product offer by contacting several suppliers offering that type of products or services.

In charge with final documents approval to start the procurement process.

Manage order submission in internal application.

Monitoring active cases and solve them in an efficient manner.

Creating different reports requested by the external client or DXC management.

Create & maintain long term relations with all departments involved in the procurement process.

Offer support both to the client and account payable department to solve billing issues.

Prioritize tasks and manage critical situations in a timely manner.

Requirements:

First level university degree or equivalent experience

Any previous work experience in Procurement would be a plus

Good English level

Intermidiate German level

Problem solving skills

Good collaboration skills

Analytical thinking

Proactive & innovative attitude

Customer oriented

Ability to prioritize

SAP is a plus

Ms Office suite
