This is a newly authorized position add to the IT asset management team for an experienced IT hardware and software asset controls and audit focal. This role is required in this area due to increased focus and need to protect IT financial investments and also ensure avoidance of loss or penalties related to misuse of either owned or subscribed IT assets. The role will ensure there are well defined and consistent audit procedures in place and practiced across the enterprise. The role is also a focal point for ownership of all OCIO audits and participates in other audits and controls reviews across the company. This role drives transformation, sponsors & delivers industry standard best practices  with seamless and automated processes. The individual also develops & provides metrics & analysis as well as supports audits/compliance and operational stability. This role represents an expansion of the current role in this area and is needed immediately

Responsibilities:

·  Establishes and maintains relationships with several business implementation teams. Uses deep business knowledge and business acumen to drive improvements in IT asset controls, policy and audits.. Influences overall IT and business planning interlock.
·  Defines, documents & communicates specific IT controls decisions relevant to the business implementation teams.
·  Represents the needs of the business, function, or geography during implementation projects.
·  Communicates standard IT solutions to meet the needs of the business, function geography or organization.
·  Actively participates in selected IT audits and vendor reviews  to ensure that business, functions and contracts are compliant and prevent loss or costs to the company.
·  Follows defined processes and recommends/designs/implements process changes as needed to meet ongoing IT objectives.

Education and Experience Required:

·  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of related experience
·  Knowledge and Skills:
·  Strong English written and verbal skills.
·  Experience in managing relationships and working across matrixed global teams.
·  Significant business experience in relevant domains.
·  Experience in managing small IT projects or participating in larger IT projects. Experience in process improvement.
·  Business tools including Excel, PowerPoint
