Essential Job Functions

·  Preparation of assigned financial statement footnotes and Form 10-Q/K sections
·  Prepares consolidated schedules and work papers to support footnote disclosures
·  Collection and summarization of BU deliverables into consolidated spreadsheet for analysis
·  Analyzes business unit disclosure submissions for consistency and compliance with GAAP and CSC policies.
·  Researches technical accounting matters on an as needed basis with emphasis on disclosures.
·  Completes assigned GAAP disclosure checklist areas.
·  Reviews XBRL tagging for assigned SEC filing sections
·  Works with the external and/or internal auditors in connection with quarterly reviews and annual audits.
·  Works on assigned SOX compliance areas.
·  Provide support to Legal, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications Departments for Proxy, Annual Report and earnings releases
·  Contributes to special projects on an as needed basis.

Basic Qualifications 

·  Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
·  5-7 years of accounting experience
·  Experience with SEC Regulations and Forms 10-Q/K required (prepare or audit)
·  Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Sharepoint
·  Strong working knowledge of U.S GAAP
·  CPA preferred
·  Merger & acquisition experience a plus
