Essential Job Functions
· Works with internal managers and subject matter experts to identify client objects and requirements to facilitate a successful event.
· Provides meeting support and co-ordination before, during, and after the event. Responsible for ensuring that operations staff is deployed correctly and is prepared for the event.
· Responsible for the capture of client and company feedback via evaluation forms, conversations, and other means.
· Acts as point of contact with clients during events and briefings. Works with clients to prepare thorough information for event.
· Ensures presenters are prepared for the event, by working with them to ensure a consistent approach has been taken in the message and branding.
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Three or more years of related business experience
· Experience working with personal computers
· Experience working with business solutions software
Other Qualifications
· Good communication skills
· Good personal computer and business solutions software skills
· Good interpersonal skills for interfacing with management and clients
· Organization skills to balance and prioritize work
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
