·  Job Description:

A wholly owned DXC company, Red Rock is the largest independent provider of Oracle consulting and managed services in Australia and New Zealand. Established in 1998, Red Rock provides a complete service continuum around the Oracle stack and employs over 600 Oracle professionals across ANZ.

We seeking for a Customer Delivery Coordinator who is a self-starter.  You will be required to work with your customers to identify opportunities as required or may be requested to work with the customer identify any service improvements.   

Some IT knowledge would be required to enable customer discussions on current or required IT solutions.

Job Funtion:

·  Day to day management of accounts <$50k (30-50 accounts), monthly/Quarterly meetings with customers via skype conference calls as required
·  Actively monitoring accounts for usage and opportunities.
·  Liaise closely with the presales team and regional lead on any new opportunities within your account allocation.
·  Reviewing new customers and working with handover to CDMs
·  Account Renewals, updates in Salesforce, and administration in ServiceNow
·  Customer Services Marketing for Optimised Account, assisting Marketing with any requirements for Customer Services
·  Review of Monthly Reports for accounts, and management of customer feedback
·  Instalment Management for customer invoicing

Basic Qualifications:

·  Exceptional stakeholder management, natural leadership skills and client relationship, with the ability to provide an exceptional user experience is preferred
·  Highly motivated, self-driven with a positive attitude
·  Ability to manage multiple concurrent accounts of varying technology, scale, team size, risk profile and duration
