Duties and Essential Job Functions:

We are looking for an engineer with analytical and troubleshooting skills to join our team in Chorley. The candidate should be somebody with good Windows desktop support experience who will cover the following responsibilities:

·  · Troubleshooting/providing solution(s) to desktop Incidents including the following:

- Windows 7, Windows 10

- SCCM

- Profiles

- MS Office Applications

- Security managed via Active Directory & RSA 2FA

- Software / App management

- Hardware diagnostics across Desktops, Laptops, Tablets & Mobile Phones

·  · Managing of incidents within the ticketing system and keeping the customer updated on progress Work to SLA thresholds for incident(s) and problem(s)
·  · Working closely with internal teams
·  · Installation and configuration of new equipment / software
·  · Creating, managing and evolving polices, processes and procedures
·  · Adhering to internal business processes.

·  Ability to prioritise and manage several open cases at one time.
·  Solve troubleshooting desktop issues
·  Experience with windows operating systems
·  Management of incident / problems
·  Understanding of ITIL  principles
