Responsibilities:
· The operators will be in charge of managing the alarms and alerts generated by the monitoring system, being responsible for the deployment, configuration and management of the different agents
· Should have basic knowledge of tools described for the operation of the cloud system
· They will be responsible for the resolution of the incidents that have proceeded, as well as the escalation and supervision of other types of incidents not proceeding
· Medium knowledge is required in the systems described, in such a way that, before an alert, the operator is able to identify the origin and review the logs
· Basic knowledge of programming for the execution of scripts and tasks programs
· Create reports and platform reports
· Be a decisive and proactive person
· Skilled team with deep cloud knowledge that provides 24x7x365 support to address all proactive and active issues/needs
· CloudOps builds client cloud maturity within the scope of governance and controls to ensure all workloads are as reliable and secure in the cloud as possible
· Skills with similar knowledge of 1.5 Level support

· Jenkins, Jira, Mattermost
· Automatization ( Ansible, Cloudforms)
· Virtualization ( HyperV, Citrix & Scvmm)
