Essential Job Functions

3PAR SAN Migration (Remote Copy/Peer Motion/Online Import), Cisco & Brocade SAN. (P2V/V2V/3PAR Remote Copy)

Relevant industry certification – 3PAR (Optional)

10+ years in relevant technology 

·       Partner with and be mentored by senior IT Advisory and Transformation Program Managers and help drive technology infrastructure from “current state to future state” with a focus on App Migration and DC Exits.

·       Ideally, candidate must preferably have hands on experience in working in enterprise migration projects and involvement in planning, design, POC, Pilot and implementation phases of various migration methods.

·       Must be able to demonstrate deep technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

·       Experience in designing & execution of block-level data migration methodology

·       Strong experience in setting up new HPE 3PAR Storage array and configuring replication configuration

·       Strong experience in Storage performance diagnosis & remediation’s

·       Expertise in resolution of hardware-related problems encountered during the pilot & migration

·       Thorough technical knowledge on data replication, recoverability/backout plans

·       Knowledge and experience on data cloning or data replication implementations and integrations

·       Good fundamentals and technical hands on experience on Active Directory.

·       Willingness to develop strong competencies in Storage platforms (EMC/PURE/CISCO) platform support.

·       Knowledge of scripting platforms vbscript, powershell will be a plus.

·       Excellent understanding of ITSMITIL processes and certification will be added advantage.

·       Good communication and interpersonal skill are mandatory.

Basic Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
·  Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred
·  Six or more years of support services or project or program experience
·  Experience working with the technology industry
·  Experience working with company products and operating systems
