Operations Strategy Analyst - Billing

Job description
Doctolib is looking for an analyst to join the Operations Strategy business unit. Your mission will be to lead the organizational transformation of the way we bill our customers.
In this critical role, you will work closely with the Executive team, Sales and Operations Directors as well as Finance and Data teams, in France and Germany, to scale the organization, while making sure Doctolib delivers the best customer service in Europe.

For healthcare professionals We provide healthcare professionals with a software solution with a full range of services to help improve the efficiency of their operations, provide their patients with a more seamless experience, attract new patients, and collaborate with other practitioners.
For patients We provide patients with a more transparent access to healthcare and a full suite of online services to manage their health: from finding nearby healthcare professionals, to booking/managing appointments 24/7 online, having remote medical consultations via video and receiving a digital prescription in their online account.
Key figures
· We partner with 135,000 healthcare professionals and 3500 healthcare facilities including some of the largest hospitals in France and Germany;
· 60+ million patients visit our platform every month;
· 100,000 video consultations happen daily on the Doctolib app;
· We plan to hire 2,000 Doctolibers in the coming years to transform the healthcare sector.
What will be your missions?
As part of a global review of our billing processes, Operations Strategy team is rethinking our tools and processes in order to improve our scalability. Reporting to the Operations Strategy Manager, you will:
1/ Define roadmap with Product & Tech teams to scale our billing processes
- Draw a 360 overview of our billing processes
- Meet all relevant teams to identify current processes and pain points
- Conduct robust analysis to estimate bottlenecks and cost of each process
2/ Deliver our roadmap in a project-oriented manner
- Identify and build processes and tools
- Follow up closely with teams managers on all processes and tools implementations
- Support teams upskill plan (ex : create and lead trainings on scripts or tools)
- Coordinate with all teams (globally, and across all departments) to implement projects
3/ Contribute to global transformation of Doctolib Billing:
- Conduct analysis and recommendations of potential transformations of tools, process and teams organisations
- In coordination with Data team, ensure quality and integrity of billing data
- Prepare our internal organisation for new products
- Propose and validate with Executive team a long-term billing strategy for Doctolib
Who are you?
· 1 to 3 years of experience working in a consulting firm or on process optimization;
· You have a Master’s degree from a business school / engineering school;
· You have strong financial notions;
· You know how to work in a digital and fast-paced environment;
· You have excellent communication skills , with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision;
· You are used to working in an international environment and able to think global / act local;
· You recognize yourself in our SCALES values (Service, Care, Act, Learn, Enjoy, Structure);
· You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform the healthcare sector;
· You are a leader who is able to make bold and meaningful propositions;
· You are fluent in French and English . Fluent in German is a plus;
· Experience with Salesforce or Zuora is a strong plus;
· An understanding of the billing industry and a good vision of the future of healthcare is a strong plus.
