Job description



Doctolib is looking for a Global Sales Project Analyst to join the Sales Strategy team to optimize the sales performance of the 400+ sales Doctolib, in a context of hypergrowth and new market openings, by designing and implementing the best processes in our Salesforce CRM.

- For patients, Doctolib is an online free service which enables them to find a nearby health practitioner, book appointments 24/7 within a few clicks and manage medical bookings.
- For doctors and hospitals, Doctolib is a software with a full-range of services dedicated to improve their day-to-day organization, develop their practice, build a premium patient experience and allow them to collaborate more easily with referring doctors.

Doctolib in a nutshell:

- We collaborate with 115K doctors and 2K healthcare facilities including some of the most important hospitals in France (AP-HP) and Germany.
- We gather 50 million patients on our platform each month with a significant growth
- We are 1 250 Doctolibers located in 35 offices (France and Germany) with our headquarter in Paris.
- We have raised €150m from Accel Partners , Bpifrance, Kerala Ventures, Eurazeoand and some entrepreneurs

Your mission:

Optimize the sales performance of the 400+ sales of Doctolib, in a context of hypergrowth and new market openings. To succeed, you will have to design and implement the best processes in our Salesforce CRM, with a strong visibility among the strategic teams, both in France and Germany.

You will have to:
- Gather qualitative feedback from the field & anticipate the future needs of the Sales team
- Design the new processes to implement in coordination with the strategic teams
- Co-pilot the roadmap of product evolutions with the Salesforce team (specifications of business needs, testing phase)
- Ensure the roll-out and the coaching of the impacted teams
- Measure the level of adoption and satisfaction of the tool, as well as its impact on sales performance

Who are you?

- You are graduated from a top-tier business or engineering school;
- You have already worked on a complex project, with many interlocutors involved and a strong planning issue;
- You have a strong entrepreneurial and problem-solver mindset;
- You have an excellent business sense: you will need to understand the business needs of the processes more than knowing Salesforce technical details;
- You are extremely rigorous;
- You feel very comfortable with Sales;
- A first experience with the Salesforce product is a plus
- You have 1 to 3 years of significant professional experience
