Danone North America is looking for a Warehouse Operator--Dannon West Jordan in West Jordan.

The Warehouse Operator is primarily functioning in the warehouse areas of the manufacturing plant in either the dry materials warehouse or in a refrigerated warehouse transporting the finished palletized yogurt. You will receive your forklift certification on site. The position combines computer work, various warehousing equipment and forklifts in a team environment to achieve challenging production goals. This fast paced environment requires successful employees to be on their feet most of their shift, be able to multi task, and actively want to develop and grow. In this position you will wear a provided uniform that includes, steel toed shoes, safety eyewear, ear plugs and a hairnet. The Warehouse Operator position starts at $16.40 an hour and increases to $17.55 after probation. Our Ideal Candidate has:

·  High School Degree or equivalent
·  Open schedule ability. This means you are able to work nights, weekends, swings and holidays if necessary.
·  Basic Computer Skills
·  Strong attention to detail
·  High mechanical aptitude
·  The ability to perform physical demands of:
·  A fast paced environment
·  8, 10 or 12 hour shifts
·  Continuous walking.
·  Repetitive minimal to moderate lifting (50 lbs)
·  Previous forklift and warehousing experience is highly desirable.
