Danone North America is looking for a Processing Technical Trainer (Learning & Development) - Bridgeton - HOLD in Bridgeton, NJ.

Qualifications:

4 years minimum maintenance and/or operations experience in a facility with Evergreen Half Gallon Filler equipment

Held role in maintenance or in operations as a qualified operator to work in 2 of the following 4 areas: Extraction, Blending, Processing and Filling

Ability to teach and coach others in 1:1 and group settings

Ability to maintain a flexible schedule covering all four crews as needed

Job Description:

Deliver portions of New Hire Training – level of involvement will vary by New Hire’s position

Responsible for developing and modifying training material for operations and maintenance processes and tasks

Responsible for managing Step Up card 30-60-90 milestones with employees and providing feedback to EE’s manager and E&T Pillar Owner

Responsible for training operators on technical processes and Step Up Card tasks across all 4 crews

Flexible schedule required to ensure time can be spent with employees on all shifts

Develop and execute Maintenance SOP schedule working with Maintenance Manager and Planner

Create Maintenance SOPs and develop ongoing training and recertification plans

Lead weekly training meetings with CI Manager, Operations Manager, HR Manager, Maintenance Manager

Manage all employee training files

Contribute to annual planning process for future training needs and ideas for training aides

Maintain inventory of training aides and repair as needed

Develop a plan for and create new training aides to enhance the training programs and continually grow our in- house capabilities

Be an advocate for learning, developing and continuing education

Create and send out quarterly training newsletters

Participate in 8:30 meeting once per week to provide a training update to the core team and solicit feedback
