Danone North America is the largest Benefit Corporation in the world. Our mission is to bring health through food to as many people as possible. Danone North America is looking for a Sales Analyst- Urban in White Plains, NY.

In this role you will be accountable for:

·  Managing the Danone trade system by accurately inputting and updating the customers sales plan on behalf of Direct Buy Distributors
·  Responsible for covering analyst activities within the Yogurt, Coffee Creamers, Coffee Whiteners and Ready-to-Drink Beverages Business units
·  Managing weekly and monthly business reporting and presenting to internal team
·  Managing customer contracts through the deal management system
·  Work with internal Finance team to validate and clear deductions & price blocks
·  Setting up new items in the system and coordinate sales samples
·  Cross-functional collaboration with Customer Business Managers, Urban Category Insights Managers and Sales Planning to ensure business plans are accurate
·  Generating new ideas to increase sales of new and existing Danone products
·  Managing forecasting assumptions and alignment with demand planning
·  Developing sales skills by attending internal and external meetings
·  Participate in Distributor sales representative route rides
·  Taking leadership in identifying and developing sub-distributor strategies to generate incremental growth
·  Providing post-promotional and sales blitz related category insights (What? So What? Now what? Analysis)
·  Working cross-functionally with Sales CBM’s, KAM’s and Category Teams providing quick insights/snapshots for key customer meetings
·  Turning insights into action plans

The ideal candidate will have:

·  4-year degree
·  Strong business acumen, analytical and organizational skills
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
·  Superior communication and follow-up skills (written and verbal)
·  Strong, proven potential leadership skills
·  Proven self-starter skills with ability to independently deliver creative ideas to help drive results
·  Excellent attention to detail
·  Ability to organize information
·  Internship at CPG company or retail customer preferred
·  Knowledge of Distributor selling strategy preferred
·  Understanding of category panel data preferred
·  Passion to build customer relationships
·  Drive to learn new skills in fast-paced Metropolitan market (NYC, Chicago)
