Medical Device Auditor - Field Based, Northern Territory

Key Responsibilities:

·  End to end management of Nutricia pumps in Hospitals and Nursing homes
·  Cover Sheffield, Warrington, Liverpool & Manchester areas
·  Effectively manage and maintain strong customer relationships
·  Maintain an accurate and up to date database of Pumps
·  Limit pump loss across the region
·  Carry out audits and block exchanges within contracted timescales
·  Carry out Pump Training

The ideal candidate will:

·  Have a full clean driving licence and be confident to drive to all locations within your region (You will be provided with a company vehicle)
·  Have the ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks across your region
·  Have strong influencing skills and be prepared to challenge HCPs across NHS trusts
·  Have strong interpersonal skills and will have the ability to build trustful relationships with a broad range of people
·  Be proficient in Excel

About the team:

You will be working in a team of 5 that cover all contracted areas of the UK in acute and community hospitals. Each employee is responsible for their own area which is apportioned by postcode.

The team work hard to support each other when needed for large pump exchanges and new implementations which includes pump training too.

The ability to plan your workload to allow out of area support without it affecting your own region is essential.

We have regular team meetings to share experiences and best practice and this allows the team to stay up to date with tenders and new initiatives.
