ABOUT THE JOB

As a Quality Compliance Coordinator , you will join our Compliance team of 4 – part of the wider Quality and Food Safety team, located at our production plant in Mangere. This is a fixed-term opportunity of 14 months (ideally starting in May 2020), covering Parental Leave period for the current incumbent.

You will:

·  Investigate all NCR, customer complaints, supplier non-conformance and ensure effective CAPA has been implemented accordingly and monitored
·  Ensure factory compliance to internal requirements (HACCP, GMP, GHP, Global requirements & 5 PRP), FSSC-22000 and regulatory requirements
·  Report on exceptions and exporter non-compliance, ensuring database is up-to-date with relevant information
·  Participate and support FOQUAL program, support process validation and Lab/HACCP/Release teams as required
·  Analysis and trending of NCR, product parameters & customer complaints

ABOUT YOU

You must have a tertiary qualification in Food Technology/Food Science or Microbiology, coupled with solid relevant experience within the manufacturing industry. You enjoy working with details and yet are innately flexible and comfortable working in an ever-changing environment.

To be successful you will have:

·  Experience in the Quality function in a manufacturing / FMCG environment
·  Experience with FSSC 22000/audits, knowledge of GMP and basic understanding of dry-blending
·  Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with multiple functions within our business on a day-to-day basis
·  The drive and resilience to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
