Projects Coordinator CZ&SK (Graduates)

Job description

Projects Coordinator CZ&SK is a strategic position within Operations Department for all Danone Business Units. As a key contact for our global and local projects, you will coordinate all innovations/renovations across functions and entities (external stakeholders). You will ensure proper project implementation with on-time development, at the right cost and quality compliant to secure sustainable growth for our CZ&SK markets.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and tracks all project phases through our tools

- Lead all functions/departments on project timings

- Highlight risks/delays and find solutions by coordinating project teams

- Communicate all projects updates across the business and runs meetings on projects overview

- Train and up-to-date all functions on Activity Management processes

- Activity Management Process

- Single Point Of Contact for our European factories and our Global Innovation Team

- Key user of our Global tools

Key Performance Indicators and Direct Business Impact

- First Time Right (Margin)

- On Time Launch (Net Sales Value/Quality/Market Share)

- Project Adherence within the process (Efficiency/Engagement)

- Product Availability (Net Sales Value)

- Write-Offs Cost (Operating Margin)

Required

- Bachelor Degree in Business School or final year student

- Strong communication and presentation skills in Czech and in English (daily use both orally and in written)

- Strong initiative and problem-solving attitude

- Positive attitude toward challenges and changes

- Excellent organization and prioritization skills

- Structured person

- Strong computer and MO skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Ideal start of work as soon as possible
