Nutricia Liverpool is looking for a Production Analyst, a key cog in our Operations team. More than an administration function, the role focuses on coordinating and manipulating the production data across the KPI dashboard to provide the Operations Leaders with key data to make drive performance. Data and system savvy you will enjoy enjoy working with multiple stakeholders to meet their needs whilst balancing completing routine tasks to tight deadlines. What will I be doing day to day?

·  Daily management of the Health and Safety system
·  Daily input of manufacturing performance data into appropriate excel based dashboards
·  Daily review of Packing OEE system data daily to make amendments or flag where necessary
·  Weekly SIM KPI data generation & maintenance of datasources
·  Generate information from multiple systems and sources to create weekly statistic reports for SQCDME boards within Production
·  Generation and follow-up of Purchase Orders for Operations and adhoc requests for CI/CapEx initiatives
·  Provide administrative support for the management of the Production department budget
·  Daily scanning and physical archiving all paper-based information from the factory for audit traceability, including environmental, CCP, X-ray, Blending times, Weight record documentation – approx. 200 documents / week
·  Provide Administrative support for Production department meetings where required (H&S, Losses etc)
·  Working with the Shift Leaders supporting on general administration duties e.g. creating excel macro templates for data analysis of production performance
·  Co-ordinate agency staffing requirements for Production teams with the Shift Leaders depending on requirements based on daily plan and absence
·  Provide weekly dashboards and monthly data about agency worker use across Operations
·  Weekly alignment of Agency biometric site access - liaising with reception and Search to ensure correct access requirements
·  Generation of Purchase Orders for agency staff payments
·  Auditing and management of Agency worker documentation – inputting into Qpulse, managing expired training doc

·  Data driven mindset with advanced excel skillset to coordinate and manipulate data as per stakeholder requirements
·  Digitally and system savvy
·  Highly organised with ability to meet regular, tight deadlines
·  Disciplined approach to completing routine daily and weekly activities
·  Able to effectively influence stakeholders
·  Comfortable working autonomously to deliver work load
·  SAP Skills not essential
·  Excel, Word, PowerPoint knowledge
