Danone North America is looking for a Logistics Inventory Supervisor - COI in City of Industry, TX.

Position Summary

The Logistics Inventory Supervisor will report within the plant attached warehouse organization supporting administrative work required to maintain accuracy and reconciliation of inventory records in multiple systems (SAP, WMS, 3PL records). Scope includes supervising production receipt, plant attached warehouse and transfers to/from local 3PL campus.

Summary of Key Areas of Responsibility:

·  Monitoring Daily reconciliation of intercompany inventory transfers.
·  Supervising and contributing to daily reconciliation of inventory quantity and quality status at batch level between internal WMS, 3PL WMS, and SAP.
·  Monitor Dual entry into SAP of internal inventory movements done in local WMS.
·  Support research into cycle count variances or overage and shortage claims.
·  Research discrepancies between systems and correct.
·  Responsible for real time inventory accuracy.
·  Track low code products and report low code trends.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:

Education and Experience

·  Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from 4 - year college or University
·  3-5 years of experience in the dairy/food/beverage manufacturing industry, inventory management, including supervisory experience.
·  Prior experience managing inventory in SAP and/or warehouse management applications
·  Manufacturing experience a plus
·  Strong analytical skills managing data in multiple applications
·  Ability to stay focused and deliver while under pressure
·  Successful problem solving and logical thinking skills
·  Able to build strong relationships with peers and external suppliers
·  Strong organizational skills
·  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, supervisors, and suppliers
