We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented L&D Coordinator for our factory in Zoetermeer to help building continuous learning within our company.

Your role as Learning & Development Coordinator
As our Learning & Development coordinator you are responsible for the full scope related to the training and development of our employees. You are the driving force when it comes to translating organization and development needs into Learning & Development activities. Your responsibilities include:

·  Advice HR and line management on training needs of employees and drawing up training plans together with managers;
·  Leading projects, such as Workplace education;
·  Plan and organize the Learning & Development activities in a project-based manner (negotiating with suppliers, communication with participants, taking care of facilities such as training locations, equipment and training material);
·  Supporting and coaching internal / external trainers trainers. Help them to formulate learning objectives, compile the program, produce teaching materials and advise them on how they can transfer knowledge;
·  Optimize Learning & Development systems and processes.

About you
You are passionate about people and development. By listening carefully, asking questions and being in contact with the entire organization, you are able to identify development needs. You demonstrate strong communication, organizational and conceptual skills to achieve results, together. With your enthusiastic and committed attitude you know how to solve problems creatively and you like to initiate new projects. Furthermore you have:

·  a relevant Bachelor (HBO) or Master degree.
·  relevant work experience in a similar position learning & development or a relevant HR role;
·  a strong affinity with production organizations and environment;
·  strong skills in applying varied didactic methods and demonstrated advisory skills;
·  advanced knowledge and skills with Learning Management Systems and Excel;
·  excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English are a must.
