Internal Operations Associate, Happy Family Organics

This role will provide support for six members on our Production team who manage the relationships with all our third-party manufacturers both in the US and over-seas.

Activities May Include:

·  Approve and reconcile invoices and credit memos for third party vendors.
·  Assist team with tracking production and material usage including entry into SAP.
·  Assist with outbound Finished Goods movement and data entry into SAP Business One software.
·  Work with order fulfillment team on receiving discrepancies between Hotfill co-manufacturer and Finished Product warehouse.
·  Assist team with various analytics and reporting.
·  Associate will be exposed to various software platforms including but not limited to SAP Business One, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Smartsheets, and Redbooth.
·  Associate will have opportunity to work with other Departments including, but not limited to: Accounts Payable, third-party co-manufacturing plants and warehouses, Quality Assurance, Customer Order Fulfillment and Planning.

Qualifications:
·  Undergraduate college degree
·  Interest in supply chain operations
·  Fluency in Microsoft Excel is required
·  Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment in an entrepreneurial business setting
·  Analytical, accurate, curios, and focused problem-solver
·  Thoughtful, sustainable and holistic personal values set
