Internal Controller - Cycles & Procurement

We're looking for a talented internal controller / internal auditor or procurement professional who would like to further develop in the area of Internal Control for Procurement.

About the Job

In this role your key focus will be on two areas:

1) Firstly, we need your contribution to build for the first time ever one consolidated global risk map of Procurement in Danone. To achieve that you will be given a unique opportunity to co-manage a freshly established worldwide community of Danone Internal Controllers specialized in procurement risk domains.

Your key challenges will revolve around:
- animating global community of Internal Controllers & being a SPOC for them
- conducting risk-related interviews with Internal Controllers and C&P Business Process Owners worldwide
- identifying key common risk domains, good practices and improvement plans across divisions and geographies
- preparing testing scripts and instructions for procurement controls to be used globally and analysing their results

2) Additionally, you will be leading the evaluation of risk exposure and efficiency of Danone's centralized sourcing processes, by auditing accordingly to Danone Internal Control referential.

You will have the chance to:
- identify and communicate to C&P management key risks in the areas of sourcing strategies, supplier selection process and contract management
- co-design with Business Process Owners improvement plans
- monitor execution of those plans and escalate issues when needed

About You
• You have a bachelor's or master's degree
• You bring senior working experience in relevant fields and are interested and knowledgeable in:
- procurement / procurement excellence
- corporate internal control / audit, risk management
- process mapping, process engineering, continuous improvement
• You are proud of having analytical mind, cause & effect / process thinking, are proactive, curious and self-confident
• You possess great skills in:
- communication and influencing
- stakeholders engagement & project management
- Excel & PowerPoint
- English language (written and spoken) (command of other languages a plus)
