HR Analytics Intern

*This internship will require a LOA.

We are looking for an intern to embark on a 6-month long real-world working experience and be mentored throughout your journey with us. All assignments make valuable contributions to both our company and to your development as a professional in the field.

During this internship, you will be offered the opportunity to:
•Spend 50% of your time working with the various HR functional stakeholders to identify, rationalize and prioritize suitable opportunities for automation

•Establish as-if and to-be processes for areas of potential development with the purpose to achieve detailed analyses of current data on-hand to improve the employee lifecycle

•Support the main HR processes: Facilitating the Recruitment Process, Performance & Development review, Development Plans, Annual Salary review, etc.
•Internal communications & well-being activities

Do you possess the following qualities?
• Undergraduates in their penultimate or final year of studies in areas of Computer Science or HR Analytics

• Interested to gain hands on experience in the area of HR automation, HR analytics and project management
• Overseas exchange, CCA or assumed leadership role
• Possess fluent English verbal and written communication skills
• Easily connect to people from multi-cultural backgrounds

• Able to contribute for minimum 6 months period, 5 days a week(Jan-Jun 2020)
