SAEME in WBU WATERS is looking for HR Apprenticeship Evian Volvic International in Paris.

Location : Rungis / Rueil-Malmaison (near Paris)

YOUR MISSIONS

This is a 12-month mission within HR team of Evian Volvic International with a key focus on International Communications, HR Business Partner support and smooth run of basic HR processes such as HR administration and document flow.

1. Planning and Consolidating orga communication

• Developing communication schedule for recurring messages: organization announcements, updated Orga charts etc.
• Requesting and Consolidating information, drafting messages as per type of communication.
• Choosing appropriate channels of communication, and formats 'look'n'feel' of the communications.
• Co-leading Danoners digitally fluent topic in EVI: support EVI-ers in acquiring new skill-set related to digital tools
• Animate meaningfully EVI group on Workplace
• Planning and Organizing Virtual and physical team events
• Planning and Ensuring smooth logistics (Booking physical and virtual rooms and communicating connection details)
• Events administration: invitations, registrations, feedback ...
• Co-leading content development for certain topics: team activities, ways to animate meetings, etc.

2. HR Processes and Administration :
• Ensure smooth administration processes for newcomers: filling in access requests, badges, setting up Employee folder, ensuring timely payroll ... and helping N+1 and HRBP to have all necessary tools ready from day 1
• Working with third-party vendors: outstaffing agencies, event agencies, Business France ... to ensure smooth documents administration and align with procedures of hire/evolution
• Documents administration: maintaining data base of contracts, certificates ...
• Working closely with central HR teams for processing Employees' requests
• Ad hoc support to HR team as per priorities: induction process, performance and development campaigns ...

• You have excellent communication skills in oral & written English and French (Spanish is a nice to have)

• You are available from August 2020 to start your apprenticeship (Master 2)
• You already have some HR experience
