The HR Business Services are supporting Danone businesses in each region, covering Talent, Learning and Reward. The Global Business Service (GBS) team has been created to support these 16 HR Business Services (HR BS) all over the world.

We are looking for a Global HR Performance Manager F/M to join the GBS team in our corporate Headquarter in Boulevard Haussmann, Paris.

This teamis in charge of defining the HR BS strategy , according to business needs and HR Board guidelines, of leading the animation of the BS community by supporting the group projects' local execution and finally in charge of supporting managers development.

ABOUT THE JOB

Supporting the Organization and Development (OD) Performance and Continuous Improvement Director, you will have the responsibility to measure HR BS performance in different worldwide projects:

·  Define and implement one single official HR BS Scorecard for all the Regions
·  Conduct regular cross-Business Services benchmark exercises
·  Develop a Continuous Improvement culture in HR
·  Increase performance, by developing the right learning and project methodology initiatives ('Lean', 'Six Sigma', etc.)
·  Ensure a high degree of collaboration and sharing across the 16 Regions on Talent, Learning et Reward topics and bring innovative insights
·  Follow-up and animate from a global BS perspective the HR Technology & Efficiency initiatives
·  Support your Director on innovative HR IS systems' pilots

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a person with:

·  Bachelor's degree with an HR specialization and at least 2 years of experience in HR, ideally in a global office environment
·  Willingness to work on process improvement and performance management
·  Strong affinity with data and how to transform it into insights
·  Excellence in execution: organized, attention to detail, rigorous, reliable.
·  Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
·  Collective Mindset and ability to work with 16 worldwide regions
·  We work in English. Other languages are a bonus
